SIM CITY 3000
This is the city I've built and run!
Sim city 3000. Nice game. =)
City Name: Gaprious Langly
Mayor: Langly Hants
Hee. Don't ask me why I gave these names!
This is the overview.
M..The commerical area I call it. See the Stock Exchange? The land value is Astronomical here! But I added one 3x3 plot of Dense Residential! Just nice to accommodate one luxury apartment.
One of my favourite Dense Residential area. See all those posh buildings! This plot of land, nearly 90%, the land value is Astronomical. Only with land value very high can you get those buildings.
Another view. But this is a bit blur. And you can see the commerical building.
Beside the tall white building[commerical land] is the University. This is a gift from the people. =). The commerical land value is Astronomical! And this budiling is the one I love most! It's called Quinley Insurance. And that's the railway bridge! Those thing you see on the water is Marina. Expensive recreational.
Dense Residential. I made a hill. And the houses on the hill are powered by wind mill. But sadly, the land value is only high. See the Effiel Tower? One city is entitled to 10 landmarks-free!
My camera ran out of battery. That's why only these few pictures! Still got alot of things about this game- the transport, recreational, education, health, industry, business, power, water supply, garbage, airport, seaport, crime, fire. I hope I didn't miss out anything.
And you got to watch the land value, aura, traffic, pollution and blah.
Hehe. Don't ask me why I like this game!
Now my land value, the lowest is low and highest is astronomical.
For the game, the lowest you can go is very low.
But the low land value is for the dense industrial. Some of my dense industrial even reached medium land value!
My commerical one is at least medium. I am aiming for all very high.
Residential also medium. That part medium. I'm trying damn hard to raise it. But to no avail...
Guessed I'm talking alien language.!
